SEC teams are no strangers to the polls. If you’ll recall, there was a point last season when five of the teams in the top 10 in the Associated Press Top 25 came from the SEC, and half of the the conference’s teams were in the poll at one point.

Since the AP poll debuted in 1934, the SEC’s current members have combined for 362 top-25 finishes. We’ll take a look at how that breaks down team-by-team.

Alabama takes the crown for most years ranked in the poll at season’s end, followed by Tennessee, Auburn, LSU and Georgia. Seven of the SEC’s programs have finished a season ranked No. 1, while Georgia and Florida tie for the longest streak of consecutive top-25 finishes.

Bear Bryant presides over two programs’ longest streaks, while Steve Spurrier has had a hand in two schools’ as well.

Here’s how each team has fared in the final AP polls.
