Narrator Peyton Manning nails ESPN's intro for NFL Draft
The 2020 NFL Draft is finally here. Instead of the fanfare and festivities of recent drafts, the 2020 event is being held “virtually” with NFL commissioner Roger Goodell announcing first-round selections from his home.
Much has been made of how ESPN and the NFL will handle the “tone” of the draft’s production and presentation during the coronavirus pandemic, which caused this year’s draft to be moved away from the Bellagio on the Las Vegas Strip.
The World Wide Leader turned to a familiar voice, Peyton Manning, to narrate the intro to its draft coverage, which perfectly captures what football fans everywhere are feeling tonight. Check it out below:
