Apparently, none of the 32 NFL teams have experience participating in a fantasy football draft.

As you likely know by now, the 2020 NFL Draft is set to begin on Thursday evening and conclude on Saturday.

What you may be unaware of is the fact that the NFL has ordered all teams to hold their drafts away from their offices and do all their work from home, even making the actual draft picks in real-time.

In order to prepare for the draft, the league held a virtual mock draft with all 32 teams participating in the event on Monday.

However, it didn’t take long before the first glitch was recorded.

According to ESPN NFL insider Adam Schefter, the first glitch appeared during the first pick of the virtual draft. Seriously.

Here’s what Schefter tweeted out on Monday: “Text from a participant on the NFL’s mock draft that started at 1 pm EST. “Mock draft today already technical glitch w Cincinnatis 1st pick!!! Brutal.””

Let’s hope they get this all worked out in time for the actual draft as the clock will be ticking for real on Thursday, and with the world watching, the NFL will look pretty foolish if technical errors and glitches are the most eventful memories from the 2020 NFL Draft.
