When Ohio State coach Urban Meyer was placed on administrative leave a couple of weeks ago, the university announced that an investigation would be opened, and that it would take two weeks to complete.

Now, two weeks later, it appears that investigation will be completed on time, more or less.

Per a release from the school, the investigation will be completed on Sunday, with a report to be delivered that week:

The independent working group directing the investigation involving Urban Meyer announced today that the investigation will be completed on Sunday, as planned. The investigators will then prepare a report for the working group to be delivered next week.

We still don’t know what this means for Meyer’s future, but it appears the wait is almost over.

Next week, we’ll know what the future holds for the Buckeyes.
