Olaus Alinen, 4-star 2023 OT, reveals 2 SEC finalists and commitment date
Olaus Alinen is just about ready to make his college decision. The blue-chip offensive tackle revealed that he will be deciding between 5 teams, including 2 SEC programs, when he announces a college commitment in one week.
Alinen, a 4-star offensive tackle, is down to Alabama, Georgia, Miami, Ohio State and Oregon. He will announce on July 22.

Alinen, originally from Finland, is out of The Loomis Chaffee School in Windsor, Connecticut. Klaus Alinen, Olaus Alinen’s father, played professional football in NFL Europe, per 247Sports. Listed at 6-6, 315 pounds, Olaus Alinen is the No. 1 Connecticut recruit, No. 15 offensive tackle and No. 123 prospect overall in the class of 2023 on the 247Sports Composite.
Alinen has picked up 45 scholarship offers. He visited all 5 finalists in June.
