Patrick Peterson has had a very successful career on the gridiron sine he left LSU. He has been selected to the Pro Bowl six times (2011-16), and named a first-team All Pro three times (2011, 2013, 2015). That doesn’t mean he still isn’t bothered by calls from his college days.

With the sports world buzzing about boxer Manny Pacquiao’s controversial loss over the weekend. While some boxing fans pointed to Pacquiao landing many more punches than Jeff Horn, but Horn won the WBO welterweight decision in a unanimous decision. Peterson chimed in on Twitter, calling it the worst call since one he experienced against Alabama in 2009.

Peterson felt that he intercepted Alabama QB Greg McElroy in the 2009 contest, but the call on the field was that the pass was incomplete. With six minutes left in the game, the change in possession would have been huge, as Alabama led 21-15 at the time. The Crimson Tide went on to keep the drive alive and add a field goal, giving them a 24-15 victory.

Video of the infamous incomplete interception lives on YouTube.
