Willis attended Ole Miss from 2003-2006 while Anderson attended Auburn from 1993-1995. Anderson played for the Bengals from 1996-2007 and the Ravens in 2008 while Willis was a 49ers linebacker from 2007-2014.

Here are the other 13 modern era nominees.

Dwight Freeney, Darrelle Revis and Joe Thomas were all included as first-ballot options. The Class will be inducted at NFL Honors on Feb. 9, 2023.

The process began with 129 nominees and was whittled to 28 semifinalists in November before reaching the final 15 Wednesday. Up to 5 players from the above list can be selected.
