College football expert Phil Steele unveiled his 2015 Preseason Power Poll on his website Thursday.

The poll consisted of all 128 college football teams, and Steele explains the Power Poll is a ranking of each team based on their overall talent level.

Steele also explains how the Power Poll is calculated on his website:

To evaluate teams, I rely on nine different of power ratings that look at different factors. The Power Poll is an aggregate of all nine sets of power ratings, so it tends to be the most accurate summation of how I rate each team. In essence, the Power Poll is the result of numerous computer rankings that have been developed over many years of close study.

According to the Power Poll, Steele says Alabama, Georgia and LSU have Top 10 talent, while Auburn, Ole Miss, Arkansas and Tennessee all have Top 20 talent.

Ohio State and TCU are the two most talented teams, with Southern California and Baylor rounding out the Top 5.
