Five-star wide receiver Tyron Johnson has narrowed down his list of potential landing spots, and Johnson shared his announcement via Twitter on Friday morning.

Three SEC schools are among the prized recruit’s top five.

Johnson is a native of New Orleans, La., and is the top-rated recruit in the state of Louisiana and second-ranked wide receiver in the nation.

At 6-foot-1, 191-pounds, Johnson totaled more than 1,500 receiving yards in 2014 for Warren Easton High School. Johnson is versatile, able to line up inside and outside and possesses a great ability to get chunks of yards after the catch.

Johnson clocked a 4.52 40-yard dash. The senior needs to improve his route running and hands.

It is unknown when Johnson will make his decision. He has taken two unofficial visits to LSU and an official visit to Auburn, who is believed to be gaining ground in the recruiting process. Johnson visited Georgia last April.

The five-star has received offers from LSU, Auburn, Alabama, Tennessee, Texas A&M, Ole Miss, Mississippi State, Florida and Arkansas.
