Dr. Lou has a new practice.

Months after announcing his retirement from broadcast and studio work at ESPN, Lou Holtz will again talk college football for the 2015 season, this time with two three-hour shows weekly on SiriusXM satellite radio.

Holtz will co-host The Playbook every Friday (Channel 84; 1 to 4 p.m. ET) with Jack Arute this season, beginning with this week’s preseason show. He’s back on the air every Saturday (9 a.m. to noon ET) to help with The College Football Tailgate Show, hosted by Jason Horowitz and Phil Savage.

There’s also a weekly golf show on Tuesday afternoons in the works for Holtz, according to Notre Dame Insider.
