First NFL coach of the 2020 season has been fired
There are a number of NFL coaches on the hot seat, from Adam Gase of the New York Jets to Dan Quinn of the Atlanta Falcons to Bill O’Brien of the Houston Texans.
On Monday, multiple reports said the first coach of the 2020 NFL season had been fired, and that unlucky coach is, indeed, O’Brien.
The Texans are 0-4 after a loss to the Minnesota Vikings on Sunday, and it appears owner Cal McNair has had enough of O’Brien:

O’Brien was also the Texans’ general manager, and he made many questionable moves, including trading away star WR DeAndre Hopkins this offseason.
O’Brien has been the Texans’ coach since 2014. He’s amassed a record of 52-48 in 100 games. He made the playoffs 4 times, going 2-4 in those games.
