The 2020-21 college basketball season will hopefully be here before we know it, which means there’s some player movement that needs to happen this offseason.
One graduate transfer who is drawing interest from the SEC is Rider guard Dimencio Vaughn. (Rider is located in Lawrenceville, New Jersey, and plays in the MAAC.)
Per college basketball insider Jon Rothstein, Vaughn is down to 3 schools, 2 of which — Georgia and Ole Miss — are in the SEC:
Rider grad transfer Dimencio Vaughn tells me he has cut his list to UConn, Georgia, and Ole Miss.
Immediately eligible.

Those 2 SEC teams will compete with UConn for Vaughn’s services in 2020-21.
Vaughn appeared in 30 games for Rider this past season, making 29 starts. He averaged 14.8 points, 6.6 rebounds, 1.9 assists and 1.8 steals per contest.
