SEC announces All-Freshman Team for 2022 season
LSU leads all schools with 6 representatives on this year’s All-Freshman Team. Georgia was next with 4, while Alabama, Arkansas, Kentucky and Texas A&M each have 3 players featured. Kentucky’s Barion Brown is listed as a wide receiver, all-purpose athlete and return specialist.
Earlier this week, Ole Miss RB Quinshon Judkins was named the SEC’s Freshman of the Year. He set single-season school records in rushing yards (1,746) and rushing touchdowns (16) during his first season at Ole Miss. Judkins ranks third all-time in rushing yards by an SEC freshman. In 2022, Judkins was named SEC Freshman of the Week 5 times during the season.
