The SEC basketball schedule is out for Saturday, Feb. 25 with the regular season finally winding down. Entering the day, there are just two Saturdays left in the regular season with the race for the regular season title about wrapped up.
At the top of the league, SEC-leading Alabama is clinging to a one-game lead over Texas A&M with 3 games to go. All 14 teams will be in action Saturday, but the Aggies and Crimson Tide will not play each other head-to-head until the final day of the season on March 4.
This week, Alabama will face Arkansas at home after narrowly avoiding a loss to South Carolina during the week. The Aggies draw a road trip to Mississippi State after an upset win over Tennessee to vault into the No. 25 spot on the latest AP Poll.
Elsewhere around the conference, Tennessee continues to fight to right the ship with a matchup against South Carolina. The Vols are just 2-5 down the stretch. On the other side of things, John Calipari’s surging Kentucky squad will face Auburn.
