Nearly every SEC football stadium has announced its capacity for the 2020 season.

Stadiums will be a fraction of what they are in a normal season, both in attendance and noise. Home field advantages won’t be that big of a factor this year, making it a much different season with respect to the atmosphere of games.

So far, 12 SEC programs have announced capacity limits for home games, following guidelines set by state officials.

  • Alabama: 20 percent (20,364 fans)
  • Arkansas: 21 – 23 percent (15,960 – 17,480 fans)
  • Auburn: 20 percent (17,490 fans)
  • Florida: 20 percent (17,000 fans)
  • Georgia: 20 – 25 percent (18,549 – 23,186 fans)
  • LSU: 25 percent (25,580 fans)
  • Miss State: 25 percent (15,334 fans)
  • Ole Miss: 25 percent (16,009 fans)
  • Mizzou: 25 percent (15,655 fans)
  • South Carolina: 20 percent (16,050 fans)
  • Tennessee: 20 percent (20,491 fans)
  • Texas A&M: 25 percent (25,683 fans)

The 2 teams that have not announced stadium capacities yet: Kentucky and Vanderbilt.  A recent report suggested Kentucky will have 20 percent capacity (12,200 fans). No reports have suggested Vanderbilt Stadium’s attendance this season.
