SEC Football Schedule, Saturday, Nov. 2: Kickoff times and TV listings
The final month of the 2024 college football regular season has arrived. There will be plenty of postseason action in December and January, but for SEC teams, the November stretch run will set everything up.
We’ve reached Week 10. Unlike recent Saturdays, we don’t have a ranked-on-ranked conference matchup on the schedule. There are 4 SEC ranked teams in action, all facing familiar foes.
No. 19 Ole Miss at Arkansas kicks off the Saturday slate. The Rebels and Razorbacks each bounced back from recent losses with wins in Week 9. Divisions are no more in the SEC, but the rivalry between former SEC West foes continues Saturday.
Hugh Freeze and the Auburn Tigers are hosting familiar foe Diego Pavia. The last 2 seasons, Pavia led New Mexico State to wins over Freeze’s Liberty (49-14, 2022) and Auburn (31-10, 2023) teams. Saturday, Pavia returns to Jordan-Hare Stadium as the quarterback of a Commodores squad 1 win away from bowl eligibility.
The game affectionately known by its unofficial nickname of The World’s Outdoor Cocktail Party is in the spotlight. SEC Network traveling pregame show SEC Nation is in Jacksonville for the annual rivalry showdown between Florida and No. 2 Georgia. Kirby Smart’s Bulldogs have dominated the rivalry in recent years, winning 6 of the last 7, including 3 in a row.
No. 10 Texas A&M took sole possession of the top spot in the SEC standings with its thrilling comeback win over LSU in College Station. Now, the Aggies go on the road to face South Carolina in the hostile environment of Williams-Brice Stadium at night. Shane Beamer’s Gamecocks are hoping that momentum carries over from their Week 8 win at Oklahoma.
The last SEC kickoff of the night features No. 7 Tennessee on the road at rival Kentucky. The Volunteers are fresh after being off in Week 9. UK is hoping to snap a 3-game losing skid.
