Wednesday’s SEC Media Days starts with the SEC’s Director of Officiating Steve Shaw and ESPN Senior VP of College Networks Justin Connolly.

Missouri head coach Gary Pinkel will also have his presser in the first session. Then, things will get interesting and probably much more entertaining. Les Miles and Bret Bielema are set to take the stage during the afternoon session.

The day’s most interesting player may be Mizzou QB Maty Mauk, who some have figured to be a dark-horse Heisman contender. Yeah, he’ll be asked about Dorial Green-Beckham and all that, but Mauk truly could lead the Tigers’ offense to another level, even without all the popular star power around him. He’s one of the most intriguing players of 2014, and he has the it factor.
