The SEC Network is cranking up interest in college football with the release of a preseason hype trailer as SEC Media Days open on Monday.

There are plenty of highlights and storylines to discuss as the league opens another year with recent championship hardware in Athens. There’s Georgia’s response to winning its first national championship in 4 decades, the Oct. 8 game between Texas A&M and Alabama following the dust up of Jimbo Fisher and Nick Saban. There’s also Will Anderson Jr.’s pursuit and likelihood of being in Heisman Trophy contention. Finally, will the SEC West be the best division in the history of college football?

Set to Republica’s “Ready to Go,” the trailer featured highlights from every team, and closed with the first action of SEC football is set for Sept. 1.

Coaches, players and media personnel are in Atlanta for the annual media event. On Friday morning, the league will announce how the SEC media voted for the predicted order of finish and All-SEC teams. The head coaches set to speak on Monday are Brian Kelly from LSU, Lane Kiffin from Ole Miss and Eli Drinkwitz from Mizzou.

Greg Sankey will also begin the festivities with a state of the conference, and the greater college football world at large.
