There wasn’t as much movement in the SEC on Saturday, but several of the games still came down to the wire. Georgia was the least-penalized team its beatdown of Vanderbilt, with just 2 penalties for 12 yards, while Kentucky got away with the most penalties in the conference in a wild comeback win over South Carolina. The Mississippi State Bulldogs played a clean game in their win over Texas A&M and moved into the conference lead for fewest penalties, although Tennessee remained in the lead for fewest penalty yards despite drawing 8 flags in their sloppy loss to Florida. Kevin Sumlin’s Texas A&M Aggies remain the most penalized team, both in number of penalties and yards penalized.
