SEC Shorts is back yet again. And, this time, the show is taking SEC teams and their rivals through group therapy after a wild Rivalry Week to cap the 2024 regular season.

While the losing rivalry teams were expecting to get some solo therapy in, the counselor informs the group it’s a specific technique described as “face your fears.” Georgia Tech chimes in by saying that must mean an SEC officiating crew is stopping by after some questionable calls doomed the Yellow Jackets late in a wild loss to Georgia.

Meanwhile, Florida State deadpans that it is unable to fear because the Seminoles are no longer capable of feeling. Florida is left without a chance to even relish a lopsided win after the way the Seminoles performed this season.

Clemson’s segment includes references of nightmares about glory days passing by the Tigers and a head coach unable to adapt to the modern sport. South Carolina reminds Clemson those nightmares are just a glimpse into the current reality.

As for Texas and Texas A&M, the Longhorns and Aggies receive some credit for being the only rivalry game that didn’t end in a brawl over the weekend. Texas simply shrugs it off as forgetting its flag to plant at midfield.

It’s another hilarious episode from the popular show. Here it is in all of its glory:
