Jamaican sprinter Usain Bolt’s legendary career came to an end on Saturday night, as the eight-time Olympic gold medalist decided to hang up his spikes following his loss at the World Championships in London.

In his last race — the 100-meter final — Bolt came in third place, behind former Tennessee track stars Justin Gatlin and Christian Coleman.

Though Bolt has won plenty of races over the course of his storied career, the ex-Vols were part of an interesting trend. Of all the U.S. men to ever beat Bolt in a race, each one attended an SEC school:

Bolt will certainly go down as one of the greatest sprinters of all-time, but it’s safe to say he won’t miss running against former SEC stars anytime soon.
