Here’s a look at some notable streaks that were extended or shattered by the SEC teams that were in action in Week 6.

Alabama RB Derrick Henry has scored a touchdown (rushing or receiving) in 11 straight games, setting the Crimson Tide record for consecutive games accounting for a TD, which was previously held by former Tide quarterback Terry Davis.

Arkansas QB Brandon Allen made his 27th straight start for the Razorbacks, setting a school record in the SEC era (1992-present) previously set by Ryan Mallett in 2009 and 2010.

Auburn was on a bye this week, but it’s worth looking back to RB Peyton Barber’s 5 touchdowns against San Jose State. That was the most all-purpose touchdowns (rushing and receiving) by an Auburn player since RB Carnell “Cadillac” Williams on Oct. 18, 2003, a span of 152 games.

Florida saw its string of 10 straight converted fourth downs end against Missouri. The Gators were a perfect 10-for-10 on the season entering Week 6.

Georgia saw its five-game winning streak end against Tennessee. Had the Bulldogs won on Saturday, it would’ve given the school its longest stretch of dominance over the Vols in school history, surpassing the five-game stretch from 1909-1924.

LSU running backs Leonard Fournette (158) and Derrius Guice (161) both ran for at least 150 yards against South Carolina. That’s the first time two Tigers have rushed for at least 150 yards in the same game since Sept. 7, 1996 against Houston, a span of almost 20 years. That season-opening game against the Cougars saw Kevin Faulk (246) and Rondell Mealey (161) hit those plateaus, and it was the only other time that’s happened in LSU history.

Mississippi State QB Dak Prescott hasn’t thrown an interception in 231 consecutive passes, which is still the 3rd-longest streak in SEC history. Prescott threw 6 passes without an interception on Saturday against Texas A&M. The only quarterbacks with longer stretches are Kentucky’s Andre Woodson (325) and Georgia’s David Greene (291).

Missouri was 0-for-14 on third down conversions against Florida until RB Chase Abbington converted a third-and-5 with a 12-yard run with just 36 seconds left in the game.

Ole Miss extended New Mexico State’s losing streak to 15 games, which is the longest active losing streak in the FBS. The Rebels also racked up 665 yards of total offense on the Aggies, who also own the longest active FBS streak by allowing at least 400 yards of total offense in 16 straight games.

South Carolina is 0-4 in SEC play to start this season. The Gamecocks hadn’t started 0-4 in SEC play since the school’s 0-11 campaign in 1999.

Tennessee QB Josh Dobbs has accounted for a touchdown (passing, rushing or receiving) in 13 straight games, a span that started in the Vols’ regular-season finale at Kentucky on Nov. 30, 2013.
