The SEC appears to be one of the top conferences in the country yet again, with 9 teams in the AP top 25 after 3 weeks of the college football season.

So it’s no surprise that SEC teams were involved in 4 of the most watched games from Week 3.

Leading the way was Georgia at Kentucky, with 6.6 million viewers according to Sports Media Watch. The Wildcats unexpectedly hung with the No. 1 Bulldogs for the entirety of the game, but Georgia found a way to win at the end by just 1 point, with a 13-12 final score.

The second most-watched game of the week was Alabama making the road trip to Wisconsin. Jalen Milroe and company marched into Madison and knocked off the Badgers in a dominating fashion, winning 42-10 in a statement victory for the Crimson Tide. 5.03 million people watched the FOX broadcast.

LSU and South Carolina turned into one of the more entertaining games of the weekend and finished third, with 4.94 million viewers tuning in on ABC. The Tigers pulled off the 36-33 win, despite a valiant effort from the Gamecocks.

Finally, Texas A&M at Florida was the fourth most-watched game of Week 3, with 4.80 million viewers tuning in to see the Aggies dominate the Gators at the Swamp.

The SEC continues to dominate the college football landscape and it doesn’t seem like any other conference is going to pass it as the top conference in the sport anytime soon.
