Taylor Tatum, elite 2024 RB and SEC target out of Texas, drops top 7 list

Taylor Tatum is an elite running back and one of the top prospects for the 2024 recruiting class. On Monday, he updated his recruitment with the top 7 programs he is still considering for his commitment.
The Texas RB included Georgia, Texas A&M and SEC-bound Oklahoma and Texas in the mix. Ohio State, Michigan and USC are also included on Tatum’s list.

Listed at 5-foot-10.5 and 205 pounds, Tatum is rated as a 4-star recruit and the No. 2 RB in the country per the 247 Sports Composite. The system also has Tatum as the 33rd recruit nationally for the class of 2024 and the 6th overall player out of Texas for the cycle.
Per his 247 Sports page, Tatum has summer visits scheduled with Lincoln Riley’s USC program (June 2) and Brent Venables’ Oklahoma program (June 16). We’ll see how the rest of Tatum’s recruitment shapes up over the summer and fall.
