Texas Tech to donate $100 for every point it scores against Eastern Washington
Texas Tech is known for its high-powered offense. In fact, in 2016, the Red Raiders scored more than 50 points a whopping six times.
Now, coach Kliff Kingsbury’s squad will put its money where its mouth is, as the school will donate $100 for every point it scores on Saturday to help the victims of Hurricane Harvey.
There should be points aplenty, as the Red Raiders are taking on Eastern Washington in Lubbock:
Texas Tech will donate $100 to Hurricane Harvey relief efforts for each point it scores vs. E. Washington. Hope @TTUKingsbury runs it up

As the Houston area starts to recover and rebuild in the aftermath of Hurricane Harvey, every dollar helps.
Showing off their Texas pride, the Red Raiders are doing what they can to help those in need after the devastating storm.
Here’s hoping Texas Tech has to really open its checkbook following Saturday’s game.
