Tim Brando on Monday unveiled his top 10 college football teams after Week 12’s action.
After a gutsy win at Kentucky, Georgia remained at No. 1, while Ohio State came in at No. 2. However, Brando may raise a few eyebrows by putting TCU at No. 3 ahead of Michigan, who is No. 4. USC rounds out Brando’s top 5, while LSU (No. 6), Tennessee (No. 9), and Alabama (No. 10) join Georgia as SEC programs in his overall top 10.
The popular FOX Sports college football voice had 1 SEC team in his “Just Out” row: Ole Miss, who suffered an upset loss at Arkansas on Saturday. The Rebels have lost 3 of their last 4 heading into their Egg Bowl rivalry game against Mississippi State on Thursday.
We’ll see if Tuesday’s updated College Football Playoff rankings mirror what Brando released on Monday, or if the committee goes in a slightly different direction heading into the final week of the regular season.
