With the return of SEC football just one week away, the “SEC Nation” crew returned Saturday for a 2020 season preview show.

During Saturday’s show, analysts Jordan Rodgers, Roman Harper and Tim Tebow shared their picks for which two teams will win division titles. Pregame shows encourage and embrace debate, but the three analysts agreed on the Dec. 19 matchup in Atlanta: Alabama vs. Florida.

Tebow is familiar with the Crimson Tide and Gators facing off in the conference title game. Tebow rallied an offensive coordinated by Dan Mullen with a 14-point fourth quarter to secure a 31-20 come-from-behind win over Nick Saban’s squad en route to a national championship appearance. Alabama got revenge on Tebow and the Gators the following year with a 32-13 victory, punching the Tide’s ticket to the national championship game.

Alabama and Florida lead the conference in SEC Championship Game appearances with 12 apiece. The Crimson Tide is 8-4 in those games. The Gators have a 7-5 record in the SECCG. The last two Atlanta matchups between UA and UF came in 2015 and 2016 with Alabama winning by a combined score of 83-31 (29-15, 54-16).
