ESPN broadcasters get roasted for Will Levis comments during Kentucky at Ole Miss
By Corey Long
Published:
In the early minutes of ESPN’s broadcast of Ole Miss and Kentucky, color commentator Todd Blackledge suggested that Wildcats quarterback Will Levis might be the best quarterback in the country.
Needless to say Twitter was not feeling the love on Levis.
If Will Levis was a little shorter, he would not be considered a top draft pick. His numbers are trash and he is not the best QB in the country.

They said Will Levis may be the best QB in the country? ????????????

Will Levis isn't even one of the three best quarterbacks in the SEC East, let alone in the country. Stop this ESPN.

Fan thoughts aside, there does seem to be at least a small community of people that are very high on Levis. And some of these people have some influence with the decision makers in the NFL.
ESPN’s NFL Draft evaluator Todd McShay thinks Levis is a first-round pick and even suggested earlier this week that some are looking at him as a potential No. 1 player overall.

Todd McShay sideline hit on Will Levis: huge, ringing endorsement for his intangibles and character. Teams have him QB1. Scouts think he's marrying their daughters. Sending me to go grab more OVR1 Levis exposure.

Check out Levis right now on ESPN and see for yourself as the Wildcats are trailing Ole Miss, 7-0.
