On Thursday, the 247Sports composite player rankings were updated for the 2019 recruiting class, and that meant a shift in the team rankings.

For the SEC, it meant that there were no longer five teams in the top-10. Instead, only three squads cracked the elite — No. 1 Alabama, No. 2 Texas A&M and No. 4 LSU.

Below, you can see where each team currently stands in the rankings of their 2019 recruiting class:

  • No. 1 — Alabama
  • No. 2 — Texas A&M
  • No. 4 — LSU
  • No. 11 — Mississippi State
  • No. 13 — South Carolina
  • No. 14 — Ole Miss
  • No. 15 — Georgia
  • No. 17 — Auburn
  • No. 18 — Tennessee
  • No. 32 — Florida
  • No. 34 — Kentucky
  • No. 50 — Arkansas
  • No. 51 — Vanderbilt
  • No. 90 — Missouri

Mississippi State was previously No. 8 and Ole Miss was previously No. 9, but both took a hit in the updated rankings. Georgia, meanwhile, rose from No. 18 to No. 15.

It’s not a good time to be Mizzou, as the Tigers are stuck down at No. 90 and continue to struggle.

Teams will keep working hard to chase Alabama, but for now, the Crimson Tide remain in the No. 1 spot nationally.
