The SEC is off to a strong start this bowl season, with Texas A&M, Kentucky, Alabama, Georgia, Florida and LSU all winning bowl games so far. Auburn and Mississippi State are the only SEC squads that have lost.

That gives the SEC a 6-2 overall record, with Tennessee and Indiana set to meet up Thursday in the Gator Bowl.

As you can see below, the SEC leads the way in bowl wins among all Power 5 conferences, while the Big 12 is lagging significantly behind:

That’s a rough mark for the Big 12, as Oklahoma, Oklahoma State, Baylor, Iowa State and Kansas State have all lost. Texas is the only Big 12 team with a bowl win thus far.
