Analyst Heath Evans, of the NFL-owned NFL Network, has some strong words for the league’s commissioner.

Keep Johnny Manziel off all 32 rosters.

Evans went on a long rant about the troubled Cleveland Browns quarterback on Thursday, making his disdain pretty clear.

“I wish Roger Goodell would pass out a league-wide memo saying we’re going to blackball this young man for the betterment of our league, for the betterment of the future of our league, for every young man that gets to watch our great game and the great NFL shield and say, ‘We’re not tolerating this type of selfish, childish, mindless behavior.'”

The 10-year NFL veteran didn’t stop there. He went on to criticize the 2012 Heisman Trophy winner’s college credentials.

“We’re not talking about a talented quarterback. We’re talking about a one-hit wonder in college that made some great athletic plays by heaving balls up in the air, and they were great highlight reels. That stuff doesn’t work in our league.”
