Well, Tim Tebow may actually be a baseball player.

The former Gators QB has already hit two home runs in this very young minor league season, with his second coming on Sunday. Tebow is playing in low-A with the Columbia Fireflies, and two early bombs on the season could help Tebow move up in the Mets’ organization.

Now with his second home run of the week, it appears that the Fireflies outfielder is starting to get hot.

Tebow’s two home runs are only one short of Michael Jordan’s total for his MiLB career, so he’s at least on track to beat that pace.

Tebow’s three-run bomb helped the Fireflies jump out to a 6-0 lead.
