WATCH: Comedian Frank Caliendo nearly fooled Arizona Cardinals on draft day with Jon Gruden impression
Frank Caliendo is a famous comedian who is perhaps known most in sports circles for his spot-on impression of Oakland Raiders coach Jon Gruden.
That came in handy on Thursday ahead of Round 1 of the 2019 NFL Draft in Nashville, as Caliendo used that impression to perpetuate a great prank.
As you can see in the video below, Caliendo details to Dan Patrick how he called Arizona Cardinals GM Steve Keim and pretended to be Gruden, nearly convincing him to trade the No. 1 overall pick to Oakland:

Caliendo and Keim are friends, so the Arizona GM had a good sense of humor about the whole prank.
Still, it would have been hilarious if Keim had actually been fooled by Caliendo’s prank and traded the No. 1 pick to a very confused Gruden.
