WATCH: Deion Sanders pulls FSU commits off field during All-America game for awkward interview
With the Under Armour All-America game tied up late in the fourth quarter on Thursday night, Deion Sanders — one of the Ballaholics coaches — did something bizarre.
No, this has nothing to do with on-field strategy, as the team kicked an extra point to go up by one. Instead, he did something strange off the field.
As you can see in the video below, he pulled two of his own players off the sidelines and one player from the other team to go give an awkward interview shilling for Florida State and coach Willie Taggart (all three players are FSU commits):
Boooooyyyy – Deion Sanders RAN off the field tonight at #UAALLAMERICA to carry Willie Taggart's water after they took a big recruiting L on national TV. As funny as that was to watch, pretty bush league to throw those guys up there in a situation they clearly weren't prepared for pic.twitter.com/NDRfHiuI8P

This came after a surprise decision from 4-star WR Arjei Henderson, who committed to Florida during the game despite most people anticipating he would choose FSU.
However, Sanders may have done more harm than good with this awkward interview with players who clearly weren’t ready for it (as it was in the middle of one of the biggest games they’ve played in). A weird situation all around.
