36-year-old Rob Mendez was born without arms and legs, but somehow, he’s overcome those obstacles to become a high school football coach.

Mendez is the head coach of the Prospect Panthers, a high school in Saratoga, California. This week, ESPN ran an incredible feature detailing his rise in the coaching ranks.

Mendez is one of the most-inspiring coaches out there, and it’s great to see him leading this team to success.
