The Georgia Bulldogs head to Baton Rouge on Saturday to take on LSU in perhaps the biggest game across the nation.

It won’t be an easy task for the undefeated Bulldogs, who will face a raucous home crowd during the afternoon game at Death Valley.

As you can see in the video below, ESPN analyst Kirk Herbstreit joined “The Paul Finebaum Show” on Tuesday to preview the big-time showdown:

“(LSU’s) defense has been outstanding — just a tenacious approach,” he said. “Dave Aranda does as good a job as anybody in the SEC. He’s got an athletic bunch, great linebacker play, outstanding secondary. They go back home after a disappointing loss. You can imagine how they’re going to be playing with a chance at redemption.

“And here comes Georgia. We’ve been saying since August that this Georgia team is real — now we find out. They went into Columbia and dominated South Carolina. This is really the next game up. It gives us an indicator of how good they really are. We think they’re a top two or three team in the country, but this is the stage they need to go out and prove it — on the road in a tough environment. They don’t have to win by 20 or 30 points. Go in, take LSU’s best shot, try to survive it and move on.”

Will Georgia remain unbeaten? Or will the Tigers get back on track after a loss at Florida? Tune in to CBS at 3:30 p.m. Eastern time on Saturday to find out.
