WATCH: Rece Davis, Kirk Herbstreit hilariously rip Jim Harbaugh’s trip to Oxford IHOP

Now that Ole Miss has received its penalties from the NCAA, some players are trying to decide if they want to transfer or not.
This week, Michigan coach Jim Harbaugh went down to Oxford to meet with some Ole Miss players, and made the curious decision to take them to IHOP instead of a local establishment.
During Thursday night’s College Football Awards Show in Atlanta, ESPN’s Rece Davis and Kirk Herbstreit took Harbaugh to task for that decision, questioning his judgement, as you can see in the video below, shared by @Candywill13 on Twitter:

“That’s like calling a QB sneak on third-and-9,” Herbstreit jokes toward the end of the clip. “You just don’t go with that.”
Star Ole Miss QB Shea Patterson recently requested a transfer, so it’ll be interesting to see where he ends up, but Michigan is expected to be a top contender for his services.
Harbaugh had better hope that his IHOP decision doesn’t come back to haunt him, though.
