WATCH: Weber State DB takes pass to the face during NFL Combine drill

When you’re at the NFL Combine, the last thing you want to do is embarrass yourself during a receiving drill, but that’s what happened to Taron Johnson of Weber State.
During the drill where receivers and defensive backs have to catch several passes in a short span of time from multiple directions, Johnson was caught off-guard, taking a pass straight to the face.
As you can see in the video below, shared by @ClintRLamb on Twitter, the expressions of the people in the background is perhaps the best part of the whole incident:

Johnson is projected to be a Day 3 pick, but that gaffe won’t do him any favors.
However, if he has a good sense of humor about it, it’ll likely all blow over soon. After all, everyone makes mistakes. And this one, of course, may have been the quarterback’s fault, too.
