The debut lines in the SEC were released late Sunday afternoon and three of the five games feature double-digit spreads at opening.

It’s been 10 years since Tennessee beat Alabama and it may be another decade before the streak ends, judging by recent results. Arkansas welcomes a down Auburn team to Fayetteville looking to avenge last season’s 56-3 loss. Kentucky beat Mississippi State for the first time in eight years in 2016. Will the Cats start a streak of their own or will MSU bounce back in the series? Meanwhile, in Oxford, both LSU and Ole Miss will meet coming off big SEC wins.

Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, Texas A&M and Vanderbilt are all on a bye for Week 8.

Here’s a first look at the opening lines for Week 8:

  • Idaho at Missouri (-14.5)
  • Tennessee at Alabama (-34)
  • Kentucky at Mississippi State (-10)
  • LSU (-7.5) at Ole Miss

The Auburn-Arkansas game does not have a line at opening — likely due to the unknown status of QB Austin Allen. Post will be updated upon opening.
