Bobby Bentley has reportedly found a new home.

The former South Carolina assistant coach was left searching for a new job in college football after Shane Beamer took over for Will Muschamp in Columbia.

Well, it didn’t take him long to land one as FootballScoop is reporting that Bentley has found a new home with Jeff Scott’s South Florida program.

Before landing an assistant coaching position on Will Muschamp’s initial South Carolina coaching staff, Bentley served as a head coach at James F. Byrnes High School in Ducan, South Carolina. Bentley also had spent time as an analyst on Gus Malzahn’s Auburn staff before landing in Columbia.

Bentley is the father of former South Carolina quarterback, Jake Bentley.
