Remember, South Carolina appeared to win the game on a miracle 94-yard, fourth-down touchdown to Pharoh Cooper with just 44 ticks left on the clock. However, the officials called a penalty, saying all the Gamecocks weren’t set, and that would essentially end the comeback hope.
