For the first 10 years of his NFL career, former South Carolina pass rusher Melvin Ingram III has been with the San Diego/Los Angeles Chargers, earning 3 Pro Bowl selections.

But, this offseason, the free agent has been looking for a new team, and it appears he’s finally found it.

Per NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport, Ingram is going to sign a 1-year contract with the Pittsburgh Steelers:

Rapoport reported that the Kansas City Chiefs and Miami Dolphins were also interested in the talented pass rusher, but he chose to sign with Pittsburgh. The Steelers should have one of the better defenses in the NFL in 2021.

In his NFL career, Ingram has appeared in 113 games and has recorded 360 tackles, 49 sacks, 14 forced fumbles, 7 fumble recoveries, 3 interceptions and 28 pass breakups.
