Like almost every team this offseason, the South Carolina Gamecocks have had some roster attrition due to the NCAA transfer portal.

One of those transferring players is F Jalyn McCreary. And, on Tuesday afternoon, McCreary announced where he’ll play in 2021-22.

As you can see below, McCreary took to Twitter to reveal that he’d be heading south to play for USF moving forward:

McCreary appeared in 17 games for the Gamecocks last season, making 1 start. He averaged 5.1 points, 2.5 rebounds and 1.1 blocks per contest.

USF plays in the AAC. The Bulls went 9-14 last season, finishing 4-10 in AAC play. They are coached by Brian Gregory.
