Former South Carolina guard Seventh Woods announces transfer destination
South Carolina guard Seventh Woods came to the Gamecocks from North Carolina during the 2019-20 season. After redshirting that year, he played for the Gamecocks this past year.
Then, this offseason, he entered the NCAA transfer portal. Now, he has chosen a school to finish out his college career.
Per college basketball insider Jeff Goodman, Woods will transfer to Morgan State for the 2021-22 season:

Woods appeared in 18 games for the Gamecocks last season, starting 13 of them. He averaged 5.4 points, 1.9 assists, 1.7 rebounds and 1.1 steals per game.
Morgan State plays in the MEAC conference. They last made the NCAA Tournament in 2010. We’ll see if Woods can help them.
