After he was cut by the Cleveland Browns earlier this year, former South Carolina QB Connor Shaw quickly found a new home with the Chicago Bears.
However, things took a turn for the worst for Shaw on Saturday afternoon. Playing in a preseason game against the Kansas City Chiefs, Shaw apparently suffered a serious injury while making a big play:

Shaw is battling Brian Hoyer and David Fales for the backup quarterback position in Chicago.
If the injury is as bad as it sounds, though, Shaw may be done for the season.
