Jadeveon Clowney may not have played in the Houston Texans’ game against the Tennessee Titans this past Sunday, but that didn’t stop the former South Carolina standout from getting involved.

According to Pro Football Talk, Clowney was fined $10,026 for a sideline taunting penalty that he received during the Texans’ 20-17 loss. The linebacker had an exchange with Titans tight end Luke Stocker, which led to a 15-yard penalty.

Tennessee then continued to drive and kicked the game-winning field goal in the fourth quarter.

Clowney missed the game with an elbow and back injury after he was a limited participant the previous week in practice. However, he should return this weekend as he was a full participant at Houston’s practice on Friday and has no injury designation for this Sunday’s game against the New York Giants.

In the Texans’ season-opening loss to the New England Patriots on Sept. 9, Clowney had two tackles.
