This is a huge addition for South Carolina. Cyrus is the No. 250 overall player and the No. 32 wide receiver in the country for the class of 2025. He’s also the No. 9 player from the state of Pennsylvania.
Cyrus made this decision after taking an official visit to South Carolina last month. He also made a trip to Happy Valley earlier this year. His list of offers also include programs such as Oregon, Notre Dame and Kentucky, amongst others.
Cyrus is now the highest-ranked prospect in South Carolina’s 2025 recruiting class. The Gamecocks are continuing to make progress in this cycle, and now have commitments from 5 4-star recruits in this class.
Overall, South Carolina’s class is now ranked 28th nationally per 247Sports Composite rankings. Prior to this commitment, South Carolina was ranked 35th nationally.
