South Carolina will play 2 QBs against Georgia
The Gamecocks are returning to a two-man rotation at quarterback for Week 6.
On his weekly media teleconference, Will Muschamp said that both Brandon McIlwain and Perry Orth will play on Saturday against the Bulldogs.
Perry Orth and Brandon McIlwain both will play at quarterback this week for Gamecocks. "We will see how it pans out," Muschamp says.

McIlwain and Orth competed for the starting job throughout fall camp. After opening the season playing both, Muschamp had said that McIlwain would be the team’s quarterback going forward.
Against Texas A&M, however, Orth (11-of-18, 138 yards) entered in the fourth quarter and provided a much-needed spark after McIlwain struggled (9-of-15, 34 yards, INT).
Muschamp also announced that two players will be back against UGA:

Happy to hear this. Brandon and Perry both have their issues. Forcing Smart to prepare for two QBs is just good sense
You know what’s not smart?
You know what’s not smart?
Announcing it to your competition and giving them a week to prep!!!!
I agree, and I do wish he hadn’t announced it. I’m still happy he’s doing it
Play one. Play two.
Play both at the same time and add a 3rd.
Do whatever it takes, but #firemuschump.
You know, by now I actually do want to fire one of our coaches, but certainly not Muschamp. Our defense looks better every week. O line looks like complete crap #fireshawnelliott
Have you seen pictures of Shawn’s face when leading the team?
Shawn get’s to stay.
Man on one hand if like to see Bentley in there and compete for next year. But it’d be hard to him back there behind our offensive line
We don’t have a QB issue. We have an offensive line issue. Orth was able to move the ball because A&M was in a prevent defense, sending 4 or less D-linemen. McIlwain was able to move the ball against Miss St because they were in a prevent defense, sending 4 or less d-linemen. When a d-line sends 5 people after our QB they get to him because our o-line is terrible. If Orth starts against UGA it'”” be the same thing. He’ll have no time in the pocket, just like Vandy AND Miss St, because our o-line is atrocious. So stop bashing McIlwain because it’s not his fault. Or Muschamps… well, Muschamp DID keep Elliott so it is his fault.
I agree the offensive line has got to sure up against SEC defenses. And to add Georgia would have been preparing for both quarterbacks regardless of coach boom announcement
Has there been any talk of issues with the weather for this game?
