South Carolina hasn’t been able to celebrate much this season. It may be more than just the 3-4 record entering Saturday night that was prohibiting that.

In Saturday’s game against Tennessee, South Carolina tight end K.C. Crosby caught a 35-yard TD pass to give the Gamecocks a 24-14 lead in the fourth quarter over the Volunteers. And, after the score, Crosby thought it might be a good idea to celebrate the 10-point advantage.

It was not. Not with Will Muschamp on the sideline.

Crosby was penalized for the celebration and Muschamp ripped into his sophomore tight end. He may have had some choice words, as well:

It’s probably safe to assume that nobody else on South Carolina’s roster plans to celebrate after a touchdown any time soon, no matter what the score is.
