B1G embarrassment: Indiana misspells name on jersey for game at Iowa
Indiana got off to a rough start in its season opener against Iowa, and that was before the game kicked off.
In a tweet posted, and since deleted, by IU’s official athletics account, the jersey of freshman running back David Holloman read, “Indinia.” Of course, it didn’t take long for fans to weigh in, and there was a predictable reference to Bishop Sycamore.
The last time IU football played a game, there was a bit of controversy about the Hoosiers’ jerseys as the Big Ten logo was noticeably absent following what many perceived a slight to the Hoosiers regarding their bowl selection, the Indy Star reported.

Ah so the whole Indiana team was actually kidnapped and replace with a Bishop sycamore spinoff, now it all makes sense.
